Mandarin Showcase 5/16/14 – 6pm

This is a friendly reminder about the schedule for the Mandarin showcase this Friday. The performances will begin promptly at 6pm. Room 4 students are expected to arrive at Room 4 at 5:30 pm-5:45 pm. The snack fundraiser will be held before the showcase if you or your family are interested in some snacks. No food will be served this year. If your family is late and we are no longer in Room 4, please send your child to join the students standing on the sides of the bleachers for the group song.

We will line up the class at 5:45 and start heading out to the MPR to perform our group song before the individual class performances. After the entire Mandarin program sings, we will return to Room 4 until it is our time to perform. If you are interested in volunteering your help at the showcase this Friday to set up chairs, count money, sell snacks, act as a runner, or help stay and clean up, please let me know.

After our class has performed with Room 7 students, we will all return to Room 4, where your child may be dismissed to you then to enjoy the rest of the showcase or to go home. Children who are not picked up by 7:15pm will be sent to Room 3 (Mrs. Wicks’ classroom).

There is no dress code for the performance, but please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather and is wearing comfortable shoes.
