Dear Room 4 Families,
We had such a fun last full week of school. Your child enjoyed their field day and had a blast! This week we were wrapping up all of our units and starting to get ready for 3rd grade. Your child enjoyed learning multiplication and division concepts and are eager to learn more. We have also been working on some end of the year community and reflection activities to wrap up the school year.
Next week are all minimum days with dismissal at 1:00 pm. Our last day of school is Wednesday, June 14th. We are planning to have a class party at this time. Please check your e-mails to see the latest update from our room parent Liz. We are currently in need of various donations for our class pizza party. We also need 2 volunteers who can help in the classroom and pick up the pizza from Bronco Billy’s to bring to our classroom.
Our prep classes have ended for the school year, however we have a last make-up PE class on Monday from 8:25-9:15am. Please make sure your child are wearing their PE shoes on Monday.
We only had a couple of students bring in paper bags for the last day of school. Please bring in a bag with handles for your child to put all of their classroom belongings with so they do not get lost or destroyed.
