Welcome Back to School!

Dear Room 4 Families,

Welcome back to school! I’m looking forward to a fun and educational year with your child this year. I hope that everyone had a great summer. The first few weeks of school will have a big focus on learning rules, classroom procedures, establishing a respectful learning community, and adjust to our new schedule.

This year Mr. Chen and I will continue to switch classes for our English/Mandarin instruction. We are working on balancing out our instructional minutes as we get our prep schedule and school calendar. We will notify you of any big changes or important dates through ClassDojo, a classroom organization app that includes a daily behavior report and quick communication to your teachers. Please make sure that you sign up so that you are kept in the loop. All of our communication is posted in the ClassDojo app or website. Your child should have their class code included on their first day of school packet
